We work with real estate professionals to close our transactions and transfer all the proper documents to us and the promised funds to you, the seller. For the majority of the deals, an independent licensed real estate agent and notary can execute the transfer. On larger deals, or at your request, the closing can be done through a local title company.
The amount of time it takes to obtain funds for your property can be as little as 1-2 weeks. If everything checks out well and we agree to a simple closing then the process is quick and easy. More complex deals, and those closed through a title company can take several weeks to ensure proper due diligence and legal document perparation. Ultimately, it is the title company’s case load that determines speed of closing.
